• Core Class changes and transfers are essentially a withdrawal from one class and enrollment in another and sill follows our 30-day notice without penalty. If you transfer request is within 30 days of your next tuition invoice, you may still be charged the full tuition. This amount will be added to your student profile as a credit toward the next months tuition in your new class.

• By choosing this option to change your core class you are agreeing to your classes specific terms and conditions, which includes automatic billing. Check out our student FAQ for all terms and conditions you are agreeing to so there are no surprises around our policies relating to your new enrollment.

• Withdrawals require a 30 day notice on order to stop automatic billing. If you withdraw within 30 days of your next tuition invoice, you will be charged the full tuition. This amount will be added to your student profile as a credit toward re-enrollment for future enrollment.
• Exceptions are made for brand new students to the AZAA program who have a grace period for their first month of enrollment and can make a withdrawal up to the 25th without penalty.

• We understand that financial hardship may be a factor in your decision to withdraw, please contact jacque@azactorsacademy.com to discuss options if the withdrawal policy creates concern in this regard.
• This policy is in place to ensure that the culture of our classes remain highly respectful and dedicated to the work we do in that class as well as the specialized coaching that is individualized for every student.

• As a small business passionate about our art form, we wish to keep our tuition affordable and having these policies in place help us keep our doors open to be a comprehensive training program for artists desiring growth in our competitive industry.
