Here’s How Improv Can Make Your Business Better
Improvisation was initially used in theater training, specifically to engage children. The childlike approach to playing in the moment has been reimagined to assist adults in exercising skills that are applicable to life and business. As adults we often forget to use the skills that we learn at an early age due to restrictions and expectation. Improvisation has so many benefits to team building and leadership skills by reinforcing the positive communication skills that create trust among our peers, employees and coworkers. Our workshops create a safe, loose environment in which participants can enjoy themselves, open up their personalities while being reminded the benefits of having a sense of play, presence, acceptance and genuine support of others when creating and collaborating.
