Coaching Commitment

Sessions with Isaac are $65.00 an hour.
Your session will be invoiced after connecting with your coach to schedule your session.

If you answered no - you must have the approval of your coach and of your parent or guardian. We require the parent or guardian sign the form before submitting your request.
If you answered no - you must have the approval of your parent or guardian and they must be the person to sign & submit your registration form.

Terms and Conditions

Waiver of Liability:
As a participant in any program or class at Arizona Actors Academy/Theatre Upstairs (Hotchner Studios LLC), understand and agree that in participating in any acting/voice/movement class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury or death. I recognize and acknowledge there are certain risks of physical injury, and I agree to assume the full risk of injuries, including death, damages or loss that I or my minor child may sustain as a result of participating in any activities connected with or associated with such program or class. I agree to waive and relinquish all claims I or my minor child may have as a result of participating in any program or class against Arizona Actors Academy/Theatre Upstairs. (Hotchner Studios LLC) and its officers, agents, servants, employees and independent contractors. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend Arizona Actors Academy/Theatre Upstairs (Hotchner Studios LLC) and it's officers, agents, servants, employees an independent contractors from my claims resulting from injuries including death, damages and losses sustained by me or my minor child that arise out of, in connection with, or in any way associated with the activities of this program.

• TERMS: Private coaching is based on availability. After your request for Private Coaching you will receive contact from your coach to discuss scheduling.
• INVOICING: Digital invoices will be emailed per request from your coach. These invoices are easily paid at your own convenience via the email. Coaching fees must be paid using credit/debit card payment within 48 hours to confirm your session. 
• CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Every effort will be made to reschedule your private session as long as the instructor receives 24-hour notice. There are no refunds for missed appointments. Private coaches are separate entities from AZAA programming therefore any services paid is non-transferable to AZAA tuition costs.
• INCLEMENT WEATHER OR INSTRUCTOR EMERGENCY: In the event of inclement weather or emergency, we will send email notifications if your session is cancelled. Any cancelled sessions will be offered a make-up date with ample time to adjust your schedule.
• TUITION PRICE: Rates are subject to change.
