Dream Work is a transformative process, but we know not everyone can make the journey to Italy for our retreat. That’s why we’re offering this special one-day workshop—to make this profound work more accessible to creatives here at home.

Inspired by Sandra Seacat’s teachings and rooted in Jungian theory, Dream Work invites creatives of all disciplines—actors, writers, visual artists, and performers—to uncover the truths of their subconscious and channel them into bold, authentic expression. Through guided exercises and collaborative exploration, you’ll learn how to harness the power of dreams, archetypes, and symbols to deepen your connection to your craft.

Whether you’re curious about the Italy retreat or simply want to experience the essence of Dream Work, this workshop is for you.

This class is free to anyone attending our Dream Work Retreat in March 2025 Dream Work Retreat for Creatives

“I know of no other advice than this: Go within and scale the depths of your being from which your very life springs forth.”

Rainer Maria Rilke

More about Dream Work for Creatives

led by Artistic Director Brandy Hotchner

Brandy Hotchner, student and protégé of the late Sandra Seacat who pioneered the integration of Jungian Dream Work into Lee Strasberg’s Method acting technique. This work is a courageous exploration of the vast terrain of our unconscious. By accessing the creativity and depth of knowledge from the landscapes of your dreams, you will emerge with a rich resource of inspiration and truth, deepening your connection to your artist-self. You will leave with a new practice to carry into your everyday life that will foster expansion, authenticity, respect, and joy.

Learn more about our retreat!

“When you work with Brandy, the lineage is clear: Lee Strasberg to Barbara Poiter to Brandy. She creates a safe, joyous and rigorous environment found only in the classroom of a precious few coaches living today. But she doesn’t stop with just Method work. Her extensive background in classical acting is the foundation she imparts to all actors who study with her.”

Gabe Fazio, Actor/Director, Place Beyond the Pines, Where is Kyra, Homeland, Crashing, lifetime Actor’s Studio member.
